Throughout the month of November, Maxime is bringing the ‘Maxime Time Machine’ programme to the stage: a retrospective that explores the different eras of Lisbon's oldest cabaret, founded in 1949. Maxime's history is vast, allowing us to sail through the stories of this iconic place in celebration of its 75th anniversary.

A celebration that travels through time
On this anniversary, the Maxime will be presenting burlesque cabaret shows, fado and an unmissable Cabaret & Concert.

Restaurant - Classics that never grow old
As Maxime is not all about shows, the restaurant will be celebrating its 75th anniversary with a new menu inspired by Old Lisbon, which aims to honour Lisbon's legacy. And, of course, this month the new Maxime Cabaret Show menu includes some of the dishes from this new menu.

The Maxime Cabaret Show has the institutional support of the Portuguese Republic - Ministry of Culture, in a joint celebration of diversity.

This year's edition will see the debut of international artist Ruby Monroe.

Maxime Restaurant, located in Lisbon's Praça da Alegria, is the oldest open cabaret in the capital. Nights at Maxime are a surprising journey through the world of cabaret, burlesque, circus, musicals, comedy, illusionism, and much more! Each show is a unique spectacle, featuring national and international artists, with artistic curation and production by Vanity Redfire (aka Jaya Girão) and the Voix de Ville artist collective.
