Maxime will celebrate a very Portuguese tradition. And very Lisbon style. In homage to the "old days" of the neighbouring Parque Mayer, we present "Cabaret da Portugueza".
A cabaret in shades of green and red, spiced up by the daring of our "show girls", in a fun and glamorous night of sensuality, à la Maxime.

_ Traditional Portuguese potato cream with chorizo textures and crispy kale
_ Fresh cod, corn meal and sardine crust, green beans and potato foam
_ Veal tender dough fritter, macerated red cabbage, porto wine jus
_ Fartura (traditional Portuguese churro), cherry liqueur gel, sweet egg roll ice cream
_ Drinks included during the dinner show: mineral water, sparkling water, soft drinks, draft beer, red, white and rosé wine from the Maxime selection, tea and coffee
VOIX DE VILLE PRODUCTION
Maxime Restaurant, located in Lisbon's Praça da Alegria, is the oldest open cabaret in the capital. Nights at Maxime are a surprising journey through the world of cabaret, burlesque, circus, musicals, comedy, illusionism, and much more! Each show is a unique spectacle, featuring national and international artists, with artistic curation and production by Vanity Redfire (aka Jaya Girão) and the Voix de Ville artist collective.
