GENERAL CONDITIONS:
_ Children aged 0–5: free of charge | Children aged 6–12: 50% OFF;
_ Tables are assigned according to the number of guests per reservation;
_ Reservations will only be confirmed after full payment has been received;
_ The offer includes a buffet with drinks from Maxime’s selected menu;
_ Any drinks not included in the offer will be charged separately;
_ To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask you to arrive at the scheduled time of your reservation;
_ The offer may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of your reservation will be refunded by Maxime Restaurante-Bar;
_ Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the dinner-show date via email: esperoporti@maximerestaurante.com;
_ By making the payment, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
PAYMENT POLICY:
_ 30% payment – Non-refundable deposit upon confirmation;
_ 70% payment – Due up to 15 days prior to the event. If payment is delayed, the reservation will be considered canceled, and the 30% deposit will be charged;
_ 100% payment – Required for reservations made less than 15 days before the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
_ Cancellations up to 15 days before the event – 30% penalty (initial deposit);
_ Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the event – 100% penalty.
